Welcome to our house that we have called "Clementine".

After falling under the spell of the Alpilles, it was obvious for us to want to live there as soon as we retired.
After a few months of searching, "Clémentine" presented herself to us with a location 5 minutes walk from the city center of Saint Rémy de Provence, the capital of the Alpilles.
Close to all amenities, we have decorated it with our personal touch.
We have fitted out a new kitchen and a swimming pool for peaceful relaxation.
We are happy to entrust it to you for the duration of your stay to spend pleasant moments, but also as a starting point for wonderful hikes and/or visits to exceptional sites". (see photos)

On a plot of 600 m2, with its terraces to the north and south as well as a relaxing area in the shade of the olive tree near the swimming pool (3x6m salt), secured by a roller shutter.
A solar shower is nearby.

For electric or hybrid cars, a socket dedicated to charging them is available free of charge under the carport.

The kitchen gives direct access to the outdoor area, where the shade provided by the pergola invites you to use a grill or plancha.

- Three double bedrooms including an air-conditioned master bedroom (shower, toilet, sink)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine
- A 2nd separate toilet
- An air-conditioned living space including a large dining room for 6 guests and a pleasant cocooning living room with TV and wifi connection.

It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling or driving in the Alpilles and its surroundings (Les Baux de Provence, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Arles, Avignon, l'Isle sur la Sorgue...)

Pets are not allowed and this villa is non-smoking.
